Rane (Madras) Ltd share price slipped 3.25% to Rs 1171.75 after the company's net profit dropped 18.56% to Rs 30.1 crore, while revenue from operations softened by 0.60% to Rs 1041.62 crore in Q2FY26 over Q1FY26. The market capitalization of Auto Components & Equipments industry group stocks on BSE stood at Rs 11.06 lakh crore, rising 7.59%. It has marginally improved by 2.63% over last one week and moving up by 10.06% in last one month while the market capitalization of Rane (Madras) Ltd has improved by 4.91% and 24.87% in the same period respectively. Profit before tax (PBT) of Rane (Madras) Ltd stood at Rs 41.02 crore in Q2 FY26, rallying 65.54% year-on-year, and crashing by 15.51% quarter-on-quarter. EBITDA came in at Rs 78 crore, easing 9.76% YoY and tumbling by 15.15% sequentially. Total expenses inched up 0.35% to Rs 994.13 crore in Q2FY26 over Q2FY25. During the quarter, cost of materials consumed stood at Rs 601.43 crore, growing marginally by 6.87% YoY, while employee benefits expense was at Rs 135.38 crore, inching up 3.60% YoY. For the TTM ended FY26, revenue from operations advanced 13.42% to Rs 3862.92 crore, while net profit jumped 185.47% to Rs 107.48 crore, compared to previous TTM. EBITDA surged by 28012% to Rs 324.2 crore, and PBT witnessed a strong rise of 87.11% to Rs 145.76 crore compared to previous TTM. The company's consolidated net cash flow from operating activities stood at Rs 219.07 crore in FY26, as against Rs 315.75 crore in FY25. Rane (Madras) Ltd soared by 38.65% in last one year, significantly outperforming the benchmark BSE Sensex which has softened by 3.20% during the same period.
